How much does it cost to attend the conference?

What does the registration fee include?

Registration fee includes admission to the all scientific sessions, all symposia including meals, entrance to the exhibition, and coffee and refreshment.

Can I get a group discount?

There is no special discount for group registration.

Can my colleague replace me unless I attend the conference?

Yes, attendees may be substituted before the deadline for advance registration at no extra charge. To request a transfer, please send an email to cvrf@summitmd.com with the new attendee’s information.

Is it possible to cancel my registration and get a refund?
A
Request of refund form downloaded on the web must be submitted to the AP VALVES 2016 Secretariat.
In case of cancellation received no later than August 5, 2016, the balance except a 15% administrative fee will be refunded after the meeting.
It takes about 1 month for refund processing, and any remittance charge should be paid by beneficiary separately. No refunds will be given on and after August 6, 2016.

No, we will not be offering a 1-day pass.

When will I receive my name badge?

Can I get into the conference without my name badge?
A
Attendees will not be permitted to enter conference areas without a name badge.
In case of lost the name badge, 50% of the person’s registration fee may be charged in order to reprint a new name tag, so please make sure to keep your badge with you at all times.

Are hotel accommodation included in my registration fee?
A
Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee. All attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodation.
However, we have discounted rates contracted with several hotels near the venue. Don’t forget to reference "AP VALVES 2016" to receive the special rate.
A limited number of discounted rooms have been reserved for attendees who make their reservations early. Please check housing page on the site for further information.

Does this meeting provide meal during the session?

• Dinner (August 17): Dinner will be served from 6:00 PM in Main Arena, Vista Hall, B2.
• Lunch (August 18-19): Lunch boxes will be provided during the 'Lunchtime Activity' sessions in Main Arena, Vista Hall, B2.
